2 for 5, 5 for 10.

Albert Hofmann, father of drug LSD died today at 102 years of age. thats a lot of life. He may have been an exception to the rule about not trusting anyone over 30. Thing is we here at Ways and Means are also over 30, so maybe you can’t trust us either,But then, The older I get the more I think that you shouldn’t trust anyone under 30. Maybe thats the over 30 in me. Either way I had to quit with the LSD because I got too wrapped up in these kind of questions.

Anyhow, Good ole’ Al became the first human to land on the moon when a tiny amount of the substance seeped onto his finger during a laboratory experiment on April 16, 1943.

“I had to leave work for home because I was suddenly hit by a sudden feeling of unease and mild dizziness,” he subsequently wrote in a memo to company bosses.

“Everything I saw was distorted as in a warped mirror,” he said, describing his bicycle ride home. “I had the impression I was rooted to the spot. But my assistant told me we were actually going very fast.”

Upon reaching home, Hofmann began experiencing what he called “wonderful visions.”

Thus Lysergic acid diethylamideLSDLSD-25, or Acid.
