Shio Ramen Teshoku

There is a whole festival in the Neighborhood I used to live in, in Tokyo, that is dedicated to Ramen, There are competitions on technique and showmanship, and it is televised Nationally. People in Japan take ramen serious. The textbook definition of good ramen can be found in the Garden state. Mitsuwa in Edgewater New Jersey, is a Great big Japanese Marketplace, that is right on the water. Not only can you get Fertile Eggs, and real soft serve, but you can get This Ramen that will haunt your thoughts. I mean really….It is so good that I drive from Crown Heights, through the city, through the Tunnel, and up the river, at least once a week.
