i think the next kinfolk product should be these bad boys for the shorties. The design of this is so siiiiick. Made by samsonite in 1972. I love the wide wheels. Start your kids on a two wheeler from day one. None of this tricycle nonsense.   John and Akira’s Kinfolk Frames are in…also the hotness. here’s a little teaser, for those who are curious.

The Bamboo Bike Project. The goal of this project is to introduce a locally sustainable and low cost bike to poor areas in Africa. Cool idea.Few plants can match bamboo for pure growing ability. I used to have bamboo outside my house in Seattle, and no matter how much you cut it, every week, it was as high as the house. Also, in Hong Kong, the use it as scaffolding for building skyscrapers.
