A long time ago Japanese people started to Gamble on Bicycle racing. Many men raced in circles so that many other men could scream and shout and feel the rush of their money flying out of their wallets.
Bicycles evolved and technologies advanced , but trackbikes in Japan for various reasons are still made of Steel and are still made by hand. The best races to watch are in the middle of typhoons in which the track looks like a sheet of glass.

I started to buy some used frames every time I went to Japan (4 times a year)
and some parts.

Lately there has been a boom in Japan for these bikes

So I used our collective wit and resources to make Alliances between Ways and Means and Old men in Japan that handbuild bikes.
Now, Ways & Means grows, and now you too can get one the most valuable bikes on earth.
