My current theory is that when the entire world collapses, and we end up living in shipping containers on some giant barge floating out on the sea, we won’t even mind because we’ll have internet and cool collapsible furniture. It’ll be just like the spaceshipin Wall-E, only with more 700% more disease and machete wielding maniacs. In the meantime, i really want the mobile kitchen.

What I love about Barney Miller is that each episode is like a mini-play. You could imagine sitting in some black-box theater with a bunch of stuffy drama types

Casa Aquina, a wood and stone dwelling in Morelos, Mexico. Increasingly, I’m finding that all the cribs I want to live in are south of the border. I would expect no less from a country smart enough to keep the VW bug alive.
